We had a fantastic stay here. The resort had beautiful facilities, including three pools and plenty of sun loungers. We especially enjoyed the relax pool, for adults only. The staff at the pool bar were lovely, and the bungalows were amazing. They had a great kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious terrace with sun loungers. It was perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Desiree and Guillermo.

Convenient late check-in with prepared dinner and wine. Clean rooms and amenities. Good entertainment program, food, and drinks. Friendly service at the bars and restaurant. Decent location with available car park.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and situated near various amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious stay. We enjoyed the variety of facilities available, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa and wellness center, and the beach access. The entertainment options were also great, with a night club and leisure facilities such as table tennis, darts, and billiard tables. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel on Gran Canaria. The location was perfect, with the Maspalomas boulevard just a short walk away. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Yumbo Centre, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a powerful shower in the bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including multiple pools and a large animation team. it was a wonderful stay.
The behavior of some guests towards us was quite upsetting, which affected our experience at the hotel.
